Prostate surgery showdown: which method works best for big glands?

Summary
This study compares three different surgical techniques for men with enlarged prostates (over 80 grams) who have trouble urinating. The goal is to see which method is safest and works best in the short term. About 105 men will take part and be followed for at least one year after surgery.
