Summary
This study compares three different surgical methods for treating men with very enlarged prostates (over 80 grams) that cause urinary problems. About 105 men will be randomly assigned to one of three procedures: bipolar resection, diode laser ablation, or holmium laser enucleation. The main goal is to see which method allows patients to have their urinary catheter removed the fastest after surgery.
