First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study compares two different daily doses (600 mg vs 800 mg) of vaginal progesterone in women undergoing a frozen embryo transfer. The goal is to see if the lower dose works just as well as the higher dose for supporting pregnancy. About 1,020 women aged 18-50 will take part. The main measure is a healthy pregnancy at 11-13 weeks.
