New study tests which palatal expander works best for shifting molars

Summary
This study compares two dental devices—one with tiny screws and one without—to see which moves the back molars more effectively in people with crowded teeth. About 24 participants with specific bite problems will be followed. The results will help orthodontists choose the best tool for treatment.
