New study tests which palatal expander works best for shifting molars

Summary
This study compares two dental devices used to widen the upper jaw and move back the molars in people with crowded teeth and a Class II bite. Twenty-four participants will receive either a modified expander with small screws or a standard modified expander. The main goal is to measure how much the molars move, using 3D X-ray imaging.
