New study aims to find best pain block for gallbladder surgery patients

Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks (ESPB and ITPB) to see which one controls pain better after laparoscopic gallbladder removal. About 110 adults having elective surgery will be randomly assigned to receive one of the blocks. The goal is to reduce pain scores and the need for opioid painkillers, helping patients recover more comfortably.
