First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looked at 60 people with failed root canals and infected tooth roots. Dentists placed different gels—including curcumin, nanocurcumin, and a mix of antibiotics—inside the tooth between visits. After one year, they used 3D X-rays to see if the infection healed. The goal was to find which gel works best to avoid further treatment.
