Summary
This study tested two video-guided devices (CMAC D-Blade and video stylet) for placing breathing tubes in 150 obese patients having weight-loss surgery. All patients had a high risk of difficult intubation. The goal was to see which device works better on the first try and is safer. Results help doctors choose the best tool for these patients.
