Study tests which gum surgery heals bone loss better
NCT ID NCT06058923
Summary
This study aims to find out which of two minimally invasive gum surgery techniques works better for treating bone loss caused by advanced gum disease (periodontitis). It will follow 50 patients for one year, comparing a single-flap technique to a double-flap technique. Researchers will measure gum health, bone changes, and patient comfort to see which approach leads to better healing and outcomes.
