Summary

This study aims to find out which of two minimally invasive gum surgery techniques works better for treating advanced gum disease with bone loss. It will compare a single-flap approach to a double-flap approach in 50 patients over 12 months. Researchers will measure gum health, bone changes, and patient comfort to see which method leads to better healing and outcomes.
