Summary
This study tested if expressive writing—writing about your deepest thoughts and feelings—can help reduce anxiety and depression in young adults. 160 participants wrote for 14 days, either to themselves, to a loved one, or just describing their day. The goal was to see which approach works best for improving mental health.
