New laser promises less pain and faster healing for skin treatments

Summary
This study tests whether a new type of laser (DFG laser) causes less pain and helps skin heal faster than the standard CO2 laser. About 23 healthy adults will receive both lasers on small skin areas and report their pain levels. Researchers will also take photos and use imaging to track healing over time.
