First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study compares two types of CT myelography scans to see which one finds more spinal fluid leaks (CSF-venous fistulas) in people with spontaneous intracranial hypotension. Researchers will enroll 200 adults with confirmed diagnosis and brain MRI signs of the condition. The goal is to determine if the newer photon counting detector scanner detects more leaks than the standard energy integrating detector scanner.
