First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tested whether a stronger chemotherapy combination (mFOLFIRINOX) is better than the standard one (mFOLFOX) at preventing cancer from coming back in people with high-risk stage III colon cancer after surgery. About 792 adults aged 18 to 74 took part. The main goal was to see which treatment led to longer time without cancer returning.
