Summary

This study tested two chemotherapy regimens (mFOLFIRINOX and mFOLFOX) in 792 patients with high-risk stage III colon cancer who had surgery to remove the tumor. The goal was to see which combination better prevents the cancer from coming back. Participants received one of the two treatments, and researchers tracked how long they stayed cancer-free.
