Summary
This study looks at two types of blood thinners (DOACs and VKAs) to see which is better at preventing repeat blood clots in people with a low-risk form of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). APS is an autoimmune condition that raises the risk of dangerous clots. The study will follow 600 adults already taking one of these medications as part of their normal care, tracking how many have another clot or a bleeding event. The goal is to provide clearer guidance on which treatment is safest and most effective for this specific group.
