Summary
This study tested three common blood pressure-lowering drugs (dexmedetomidine, nicardipine, and labetalol) given during jaw surgery to see which one helps surgeons see better and reduces bleeding. 90 healthy adults having jaw surgery took part. The goal is to find the safest and most effective option for this specific use.
