Summary
This study looks at how two different anesthetic gases, isoflurane and sevoflurane, affect oxidative stress (a type of cell damage) in 80 adults having their gallbladder removed by keyhole surgery. The goal is to see which gas causes less stress and inflammation in the body. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two anesthetics, and their blood will be tested for stress markers.
