First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study compares three medications (dexmedetomidine, fentanyl, and magnesium sulfate) used alongside standard anesthesia for people having brain tumor surgery. The goal is to see which one reduces the total amount of main anesthetic needed and helps patients wake up faster for a neurological check. About 108 adults will take part, and the results could make brain surgery safer and recovery smoother.
