Summary

This study compares two common devices used to help patients breathe during planned surgeries: the video laryngeal mask and the video laryngoscope. Researchers will measure how quickly and successfully each device places the breathing tube. About 176 adults having elective surgery will take part, and no extra procedures or risks are involved beyond standard care.
