Summary

This study will compare two devices used to place a breathing tube during planned surgeries: a video laryngeal mask airway and a video laryngoscope. Researchers will measure how long each takes and how often the first attempt succeeds. About 176 adults having elective surgery under general anesthesia will take part, with no extra procedures beyond standard care.
