Summary
This study compares two online treatments for depression: group yoga sessions and a type of behavioral therapy called Brief Behavioral Activation (BA). 518 adults with depressive symptoms will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups for 12 weeks. Researchers will track their mood and well-being over 24 weeks to see which approach works better.
