NCT ID NCT06470022
First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study compares two newer heart valve devices (Evolut FX and Sapien 3 Ultra Resilia) in 1346 people with aortic stenosis, a condition where the heart's main valve narrows. Participants are randomly assigned to get one of the two valves. The main goal is to see if one valve is better at preventing death, stroke, valve leakage, or valve damage over one year, with follow-up up to 10 years.
