Summary
This study tests a community-based education and support program designed to help adults in Bangladesh better manage their high blood pressure. The program includes group classes, one-on-one counseling, and tools like reminder calendars and community blood pressure check stations. Researchers will compare blood pressure levels in villages that receive the program to those that receive usual care to see if the approach leads to better control.
