Summary

This study explores whether a virtual, community-based program combining music and mindfulness can help manage stress in People of African Descent (PADs) who have anxiety and depression, especially during COVID-19. Researchers will measure brain activity and feelings of social connection in 48 participants aged 16 and older. The goal is to understand how culturally relevant music and mindfulness practices affect mental health.
