Navajo peer navigators aim to close mammography gap

Summary
This study tests whether adding one-on-one support from a Diné peer navigator to a culturally-tailored tablet education program helps more Native American women get mammograms. About 200 women aged 40-74 on the Navajo Nation who haven't had a mammogram in the past year will take part. The goal is to increase early detection of breast cancer.
