NCT ID NCT07432126

First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at whether trained female community health volunteers can help people in Nepal better manage high blood pressure and diabetes. About 400 adults aged 30 and older with these conditions will take part. The health workers will provide education, monitor blood pressure and blood sugar, and refer people to clinics when needed. The goal is to see if this community-based approach works better than standard care at clinics.
