Summary
This study looks at whether community health workers can help people in Nepal manage high blood pressure. About 3,572 participants with high blood pressure will receive regular home visits or group meetings from a health worker over one year. The goal is to see if this approach improves blood pressure control and is cost-effective compared to standard care.
