Summary
This study tests whether trained community health workers can help people in Nepal manage their high blood pressure. Over 3,500 participants will receive regular home visits or group meetings for one year. Researchers will compare their blood pressure to those who only get standard care. The goal is to see if this approach is practical, affordable, and effective at lowering blood pressure.
