Summary
This study tests a program called SWITCH in rural Kenya. Community health workers will use smartphones to guide families on measuring their child's arm and weight, and follow up on missed appointments. The goal is to see if this approach helps more children with severe wasting get the treatment they need. About 1,600 children will take part.
