Summary
This study is testing a virtual peer support program for 300 people in Canada living with type 1 diabetes (or their loved ones). Participants join small online groups based on shared experiences (like age, background, or life stage) and attend monthly webinars. The goal is to reduce diabetes-related distress and improve mental well-being, not to change medical treatment.
