New trial aims to find best first treatment for High-Risk lung disease patients

Summary

This study compares starting with two oral medications (tadalafil and ambrisentan) versus just one in people newly diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension who also have at least two heart-related conditions. The goal is to see which approach better lowers risk and improves outcomes after 24 weeks. About 186 participants will be enrolled across multiple centers.
