First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a special education program based on comfort theory can help university students with painful periods. 80 female students with moderate to severe period pain will be split into two groups: one gets the education, the other gets no extra help. Researchers will measure pain, menstrual symptoms, and overall well-being to see if the education makes a difference.
