Summary
This study looked at whether a structured follow-up program helps people with axial spondyloarthritis manage other health problems (comorbidities) and improve self-care. It involved 503 adults with stable disease. The goal was to see if regular check-ups and a nurse-led self-management program lead to better health outcomes over 12 months.
