First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests a new combination of drugs for people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and related blood cancers. The treatment adds a targeted drug called venetoclax to a standard chemotherapy regimen (CLAG-M). The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combo can better control the disease by killing more cancer cells. About 62 adults with newly diagnosed or relapsed AML will take part.
