Summary
This study tests whether combining standard chemotherapy (cisplatin) and radiation with an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) can shrink or control advanced vulvar cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The trial includes 24 adults with unresectable, recurrent, or metastatic vulvar squamous cell carcinoma. The goal is to improve response rates and delay cancer recurrence.
