First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looked at whether combining internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (iCBT) with transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) works better than TMS alone for people with major depressive disorder. Forty adults received either TMS plus iCBT or TMS alone. The goal was to see if adding online therapy could improve mood and reduce symptoms without extra clinic visits.
