Summary
This study looks at adults hospitalized with a severe flare of ulcerative colitis that didn't get better with IV steroids. It compares taking a combination of two drugs (infliximab and tofacitinib) versus either drug alone. The goal is to see if the combo leads to faster symptom relief and gut healing over 10 weeks, with fewer side effects.
