Summary

This study is for people with endometrial cancer that has come back or spread to a few other spots. It tests a new drug called cadonilimab given together with standard chemotherapy and radiation. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors and help people live longer without the cancer growing. About 30 participants will receive the treatment and be closely monitored for safety and effectiveness.
