New combo therapy aims to boost immune attack on Hard-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding an immune-boosting vaccine (Sipuleucel-T) to a radioactive drug (Lu-PSMA) is safe and works better than the radioactive drug alone for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy. About 30 men will take part. The goal is to see if the combination can help the immune system better recognize and kill cancer cells.
