Summary

This study tests whether a new combination of three drugs (liposomal irinotecan, TAS102, and bevacizumab) can help people with advanced colorectal cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. The trial will enroll 50 adults whose cancer has spread or cannot be removed. The goal is to see if the combination can slow cancer growth or shrink tumors.
