Summary
This early-phase trial is testing whether a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (botensilimab and balstilimab), a special low-sugar diet that mimics fasting, and high-dose vitamin C is safe and effective for people with a specific type of advanced colorectal cancer (KRAS-mutant). The study involves 15 adults whose cancer has spread and who have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if this approach can help control the disease.
