New combo attack aims to wipe out aggressive prostate cancer

Summary
This study is for men with very high-risk or early-spread prostate cancer. It tests whether giving hormone-lowering medications and other drugs before surgery can shrink the cancer more than surgery alone, possibly lowering the chance it will come back. About 100 participants will receive a mix of injections, pills, surgery, and sometimes radiation.
