Summary
This study tests a mix of two approved drugs plus an experimental vaccine and an immune booster for people with advanced HER2-positive endometrial cancer that has returned or worsened. The vaccine is made from each participant's own blood cells and targets the HER2 protein. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow the disease, while monitoring safety and side effects.
