First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study tests a new combination approach for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and cannot be removed by surgery. The treatment includes injecting a cancer-killing virus directly into liver tumors, along with targeted radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy. The goal is to shrink tumors and possibly make them removable by surgery. About 114 adults aged 18-75 with a specific type of colorectal cancer (MSS/pMMR) will take part.
