New hope for tough bile duct cancer? drug combo trial launches

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs (vedotin-tislelizumab and toripalimab) in people with advanced bile duct cancer that has a specific marker (EGFR) and has not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors. About 44 adults aged 18-70 will take part. The study is not yet recruiting.
