Summary
This study is for people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has returned or not improved with standard treatments. It tests a combination of three drugs: one that blocks cancer cell growth, one that helps the body break down the first drug more slowly, and a third that targets specific genetic changes in the cancer. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and can help control the leukemia.
