Summary
This study tests whether adding a lab-modified virus (VSV-IFNβ-NIS) to standard immunotherapy drugs (ipilimumab and nivolumab) can shrink tumors in people with advanced or metastatic clear cell kidney cancer. About 18 adults will receive the combination treatment. The goal is to see if the virus helps the immune system attack cancer more effectively.
