First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (decitabine, venetoclax, and ponatinib) in 20 adults with Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute myeloid leukemia or chronic myelogenous leukemia that has worsened. The goal is to see how many patients achieve remission after two treatment cycles. This is a disease control study, meaning it aims to manage the cancer rather than cure it.
