New combo therapy targets Hard-to-Treat leukemia

Summary
This study is for people with a type of blood cancer called acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to treatment. The cancer must have specific gene changes (FLT3 and IDH1 or IDH2). The study tests a combination of two targeted drugs (gilteritinib plus ivosidenib or enasidenib) to see if it is safe and what dose works best. About 18 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
